  • Retreat Capacity

    Our retreats are intentionally intimate to foster a meaningful and restorative experience. Capacity: Limited to 7 participants per retreat.

  • Reservation & Payment

    A deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking, is required to secure your spot. Remaining balances (if applicable) must be paid in full by 45 days prior to the retreat start date. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    31 days or more prior to your retreat start date: No cancellation fee. You may cancel for a full refund of your program and accommodation fees. 30 days or fewer prior to your retreat start date: 100% of the program participation fee and accommodation fees will be charged; no refund will be issued. No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures for any reason are non-refundable.

  • Transfer of Registration

    If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge, provided we are notified in writing at least 14 days before the retreat start date and you have not completed your 1:1 coaching session.

  • Cancellation by WELLWomen

    WELLWomen reserves the right to cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or if minimum enrollment is not met. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of program and accommodation fees. WELLWomen is not responsible for additional expenses incurred, including travel arrangements.

  • Travel Insurance

    We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events including illness, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies.
